- Treasurer’s presentation of Accounts for Year 2024/25
- Nominations and Election of a maximum of 6 Committee Members for 2024/25. (Volunteers are also most welcome to come forward and join working groups and be involved with activities)
- Open discussion: Ideas for future events, talks, walks, publications

AGM will formally close.
There will then be light refreshments. A short film featuring Roger Warner on beet harvesting where he compares 1950s harvesting with the present day. There will also be a display of the history of Whittington Village. Additionally, there will be a showing of recent acquisitions to our History Archive.
- Membership fees are due for the year 2025/26.
- Membership fee is £15 per person, per year. This entitles you to free entrance to most events. It also entitles you to borrow local history books from our ever-expanding history archive.
